Some of the most popular films of all time — that's no exaggeration — were released in 1994, and we've gathered 64 of them to face off in the ultimate 30th anniversary showdown.

Though most of the match-ups in Round 2 of the 1994 Movies Showdown were fairly clear victories, we finally saw a couple of close ones. Oliver Stone’s Natural Born Killers only narrowly defeated The Santa Clause by a margin of 51% to 49% of the vote, and Wes Craven’s New Nightmare snuck by The Little Rascals with 52% of the vote. The Shawshank Redemption scored the biggest win of the round with 93% of the vote over Reality Bites, and other notable exits included Miracle on 34th StreetStargateLittle WomenEd Wood, and Hoop Dreams.

Round 3 is when it usually gets more interesting, as we are now down to our Sweet 16, and essentially every film remaining can boast an enthusiastic fanbase. Cast your votes now before polls close on Sunday, October 6 at 10pm PT and check back to see who made it to the quarter-final round!
